If a signed customer agreement conflicts with this public policy, the signed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.
India defaults
20% of each recorded subscription payment for the first 6 calendar months from that client's first recorded payment. No recurring commission applies afterwards.
UAE defaults
30% of each recorded subscription payment for the first 6 calendar months from that client's first recorded payment. 10% afterwards while active, increasing to 15% with at least 5 active referred clients.
Attribution and lead protection
The first valid attribution is retained. A valid registered lead has 90 days of credit protection; active claims and existing customer attribution cannot be reassigned by opening another link. Existing stored account attribution remains after a browser cookie is removed.
Calculation and ledger
Initial-period commission takes precedence over the recurring tier. Active clients have recorded paid coverage on the payment date and an unsuspended workspace. Payments remain in their original INR or AED currency, with no FX conversion. Commission is calculated in integer minor units and rounded to the nearest minor unit, with halves rounded up. Terms, rate and active-client count are frozen on each ledger entry; later edits do not rewrite previous entries.
Approval and payouts
Only approved partners accrue new commissions. A manually recorded payment does not charge a customer or activate a plan. Accrued, approved and paid are different ledger states. Payouts start once billing is live; no PAN or bank details are collected at this stage.
Responsible referrals
Obtain permission before registering or contacting prospects. Do not impersonate XZMargin, promise guaranteed savings or send unsolicited bulk messages. Partners receive only their own referral stages and commission records, never customer files, financial rows or findings. The accepted participation agreement and approved account terms govern programme participation.
