Founding 25: annual pricing and participation terms.

If a signed customer agreement conflicts with this public policy, the signed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.
Annual offer and price lock
The first 25 confirmed seats on eligible dukan, watch, control plans receive 50% off the standard annual subscription price, with the agreed annual price locked for 24 months. The confirmation records the agreed price and the lock period. Monthly billing is not eligible. Applicable taxes are additional as shown in the pricing or order confirmation.
Seat confirmation
Only confirmed Founding seats count toward the limit of 25. Submitting a booking form is not a charge, payment receipt or confirmation. Online payment collection is not live yet; billing and confirmation details will be supplied separately.
Feedback and case-study permission
In return for the Founding offer, participants agree to provide product feedback and give XZ BYTECORE permission to publish a case study about their use of XZMargin. Customer files, personal data and confidential financial records must not be published without the customer's specific authorisation for that material.
Other terms
The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and applicable cancellation/refund terms continue to apply. This offer does not promise any amount of identified margin gap, realised savings or profit recovery.
