If a signed customer agreement conflicts with this public policy, the signed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.

Authorised use

You may use XZMargin only for lawful business purposes and only with data, systems and accounts you are authorised to access or process. You are responsible for users you invite to your workspace.

Prohibited security activity

• Do not attempt to access another customer workspace, account, database or secret.
• Do not probe, scan, exploit or bypass authentication, tenant controls, rate limits or security mechanisms except under a written security-testing authorisation from XZ BYTECORE.
• Do not upload malware, destructive code or files intended to compromise the service or another user.

Prohibited data use

• Do not upload personal data or confidential information you are not legally permitted to process.
• Do not use XZMargin to facilitate fraud, unlawful surveillance, identity theft, harassment or deceptive financial practices.
• Do not deliberately submit falsified source data for the purpose of misleading another person about business performance.

Platform integrity

• Do not overload, scrape or automate requests in a manner that materially interferes with the service.
• Do not reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not resell access, impersonate XZ BYTECORE or misrepresent XZMargin outputs as audited financial statements.

Financial decision boundary

XZMargin provides management decision support from customer-supplied data. Users remain responsible for checking material decisions against source accounting records and appropriate professional advice. The service must not be represented as a statutory audit, tax filing, assurance opinion or guarantee of profit recovery.

Enforcement

XZ BYTECORE may investigate suspected abuse and may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, legal compliance or infrastructure. Where appropriate, we will seek to give notice and an opportunity to remedy before termination, unless urgent action is required for security or legal reasons.
